I recently had an incredible stay at a hidden gem in an amazing city. This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect. It was just a short stroll away from all the main attractions and the vibrant local area was filled with great options for dining and entertainment. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained in-room bathroom. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that every need was taken care of. And lastly, the breakfast provided was a delightful touch, with a decent selection of options to start the day off right. All in all, an incredible value for the price.
Nothing was amiss during my stay.

Tolentino Suites is simply a fantastic place to stay in Rome. We arrived at 1pm to be greeted by an extremely welcoming host Joey who straight away checked the room type we had booked and upgraded us to a fantastic suite comprising of a very spacious bedroom, lovely ensuite and a separate living room which was simply perfect and at no extra cost (Joey also let us see the room which we had booked - a deluxe - it was simply perfect too although not as spacious). Each morning a tap at the door and Joey arrived with our breakfast, (the warm croissants are devine!) and a chat about our plans for the day. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily, immaculate. No word only perfect could descibe Tolentino Suites. We have stayed in many hotels in this area of Rome but none come close at the price. Already counting down the days until we return. Thanks Joey, you are the best.
We've tried to come up with something we did not like about Tolentino Suites but sorry impossible.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was absolutely perfect, with all major sights in Rome just a short walk away. We loved how convenient it was to have a metro station directly at the hotel, allowing us to easily explore the city. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a great attention to detail, like having a bottle of sparkling wine already chilled in the room's in-room bathroom. And having free WiFi and breakfast included was a great bonus, even though the breakfast options were a bit limited.
All was fantastic, nothing to improve!

I was very lucky to find this hotel as it is not among the top favourite hotels. Its location is just georgeous! It is 5 mins to Fontana di Trevi, 10 mins to Scalinata della Trinita dei Monti (Spanish Steps), 30 mins to Citta del Vaticano or 3 stops by metro. The A line named Bernini is 2 mins from the hotel door. We stayed in Trevi suite which is just all right for 2 persons. Cosy room with high ceiling with clean bathroom featuring a shower corner, toilet, bidet, wash basin is facing to a quiet courtyard. I highly appreciated the free Wi-Fi internet which is not a common service in the Italian hotels or cafes (stayed in Marriott hotel too and there you have to pay for the access). Liked also the welcome by Joe and our morning breakfasts.
Might be that persons with light sleep will be disturbed by other guests.

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices. The attention to detail is commendable, with rooms exactly like in the pictures. The location is perfect for exploring all the major sights in the city, as it is directly at a metro station.
I had a comfortable stay and everything was just fine.

This is actually a bed and breakfast and it sounds a little bit weird as it is on the second floor of an apartment, but do not worry 'cos it is safe. The staff were very attentive. The location is very good just 100 meters from underground station. It is very close to Via del corsa.
The breakfast was not that much, however was OK. I could not find any english channel on TV.

- Breakfast was timely and wonderful; Owner was welcoming and helpful in arranging transportation, etc.; Always felt safe and "at home" there; Wifi was dependable; Furnishings were sleek and just enough
My room was a bit loud (on the front of the building) but honestly, that is part of what I love about Rome...the hustle and bustle!

The location of the B&B is wonderful' very close to all of the attractions and transportation alternatives. The rooms are nice and clean. It met my expectations. I have to open a special parenthesis for the host of the B&B Joey. He's very helpful and positive towards to guests. Everyday starting the day with his smiling face made us feel very positive.
The breakfast is very weak. They should at least add a yogurt or some cheese. There was no english channel on the televison.
